When I hear this song, I hear many of the samples that have been done over the years. Mtume was a popular group during the 1980′s. This particular song was one that I knew the words to growing up, but wouldn’t dare let me my mother hear me singing it. Because I knew they weren’t singing about gum – just sayin’. This was my song back in the day! ”Feels So Good” was the lead single off of their second album Off the Hook. The 1995 album went platinum needless to say. I miss Xscape and wish they would get back together.
